At DecisionNext I led the product development of two new applications — Benchmark and Position — built to support procurement and sales strategy for major agricultural retailers.
Improving Usability of Direct
I led a revamp of DecisionNext’s Direct platform, the most widely used application. Improvements included more intuitive data visualization, streamlined data manipulation, and workflow enhancements that made analytics easier to access and act on.
Alternative Credit Scoring
I led the product team that built and launched Almond’s credit scoring platform across 6+ countries in Asia and Africa. The solution includes: a proprietary machine learning credit scoring model, a web portal and dashboard for financial institutions, an offline-capable mobile app for loan agents, and partner-facing APIs that embedded Almond’s scoring tools directly into existing financial platforms.
Writing
